Can I change my debit order payment date?

Unfortunately debit order payment dates cannot currently be changed.

Debit orders for standard monthly invoices are processed on the first working day of the month. Debit orders for initial pro-rata invoices will be processed on 15th of the month. Should your service be activated after the 15th of a month, your initial pro-rata invoice will be debited on the 1st working day of the following month, together with the following months standard monthly invoice.
