My debit order returned unpaid, what now?

Should there be insufficient funds in your selected account when your debit order is run, it will be returned unpaid by your financial institution, which results in PacketSky incurring additional service and administration fees. In the event that a debit order is returned, a penalty fee of R100.00 (Incl. Vat) will be charged.

You will be notified by email of the returned debit order, and banking details will be provided to make a manual EFT payment before invoice due date. Please note that PacketSky is unable to rerun a returned debit order.
