When does my debit order get processed?

Debit orders for standard monthly invoices are processed on the first working day of the month. Debit orders for initial pro-rata invoices will be processed on the 15th of the month. Should your service be activated after the 15th of a month, your initial pro-rata invoice will be debited on the 1st working day of the following month, together with the following months standard monthly invoice.
