When will I receive my invoices?

Standard Monthly Invoices

All services are invoiced in advance. Invoices dated for the 1st of each month are issued on approximately the 25th of the previous month.

E.g. Your 1 August invoice for your August service fee will be issued on 25 July.

Initial Pro-Rata Invoice

Your initial pro-rata invoice, which may include any installation fee, connection fee, delivery fee or additional hardware fees, will only be issued once your service is active.
